Project Details

Payment Terms

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your project in the development schedule.

Balance Due: Before the website goes live on the public domain.

Website Testing

The website will be tested on

  • Browsers -Apple Safari; Microsoft Edge; Mozilla Firefox; Google Chrome
  • Device Emulators - Desktop, Mobile and tablet
  • Pages will display visually similar but may not be identical across browsers/devices.
  • The site is not tested in old or abandoned browsers and versions
  • The client is required to test integrations where the provider has limited access to endpoints (e.g., third-party services, APIs, payment gateways).

Deliverables & Timeline

  • The client is required to provide all necessary access, credentials and content, or participate in a content interview, prior to the start of the build.
  • The client will provide a single point of contact who is authorised to make decisions on behalf of the business or organisation.
  • Design & Build: Estimated weeks for design, build and ready for launch.
  • Final Review: Client final review due within 5 days of final presentation to the client. If no feedback is provided, Final Review approval will be deemed as received and the project accepted by COB on the 5th day, unless an extension is agreed upon in writing.
  • Launch (when the site is published live to your domain): The website will go live within 3 days after Final Review approval. Please note that DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours to fully update across the internet, which may slightly affect the time it takes for the site to become fully accessible.
  • Client has Post Go Live Support for days from Launch/Go Live Date.
  • Client Website Access: Will be provided within 48 hours of launch/Go Live.
  • Website Owner's Manual: Will be provided within 14 days of launch/Go Live.
  • Post-Launch Support: days of support to address minor tweaks to formatting or, like SEO enhancements, performance improvements, and accessibility adjustments.
  • Ongoing Optimisations: Any additional optimisations outside the -day Post-Launch Support can be addressed with a maintenance plan.

By signing you: a) warrant and represent that you have read and understood the terms and conditions set out in this Proposal and that you have all authority, capacity and power to enter into and be bound by the Proposal; and b) agree to enter into and be bound by the Proposal
