Clear, Calm, and User-Centred This Figma-based design concept was developed for an insurance accommodation provider in Brisbane, with a focus on clarity, ease of use, and emotional reassurance. The site is designed to support individuals and families navigating stressful circumstances by offering a clear path to secure temporary housing.
At the heart of the concept is a seamless booking experience—allowing users to view availability and reserve accommodation quickly and confidently. The layout avoids complexity and clutter, ensuring users are guided intuitively through the process.
The visual style is professional but warm, with brand-inspired elements that evoke reliability and care. We also created a new logo concept that draws from the client’s existing design while refining and modernising it to reflect the service’s supportive role.
Subtle visual cues, well-structured content, and an emphasis on ease of navigation all contribute to a trustworthy and efficient digital experience—essential for users who may be under duress due to insurance-related displacement.
