What happens after Go Live?

Once your website goes live, you’re supported, not left on your own. You get 30 days of post-launch care that covers small text edits, image swaps, and quick fixes while everything settles in.

All first-year hosting, domain, and email setup are included, along with any required software licenses. After that, you can either manage the site yourself or upgrade to a Brighter Care Plan for ongoing updates and priority support.

You’ll also receive a Website Owner’s Manual, a plain-English guide to how your website and integrations work. You can use it to manage things confidently yourself, or pass it to another designer later for a fast, seamless handover.
