Guerilla Steel Stables
In February 2025 we delivered a robust, conversion-focused website for Guerrilla Steel – an Australian manufacturer of premium steel horse stables. The site reflects the brand’s tough, no-nonsense identity while offering a seamless user experience across devices. Built with scalability in mind, it supports product discovery, lead generation, and future growth.

The website features a bold visual identity aligned with Guerrilla Steel’s branding, supported by strong visuals and consistent design language. The site includes dedicated product pages, quote forms with automated price calculations, and detailed galleries, optimised for mobile and desktop viewing.
The site structure covers all core offerings:
- Stables & Shelters – Individual product pages for best-selling stable models, including feature breakdowns and visual galleries
- Blog + Custom “Our Work” Archive– A project showcase with mapped locations and content tailored to buyer intent, reinforcing trust and regional reach
- Quote/Order Form – A dynamic, user-friendly form that auto-calculates pricing, supports file uploads, and includes a custom Google Map for job-specific location data
AI Image Enhancement and Visual Storytelling
Guerrilla Steel’s website stands out because every image looks like it belongs there. We didn’t just upload product shots, we rebuilt their visual story using AI-assisted photography and enhancement.
Over 150 product and project photos were enhanced using tools like NanoBanana and Topaz AI, correcting colour, balancing lighting, and cleaning up busy backgrounds without losing realism. Shots taken on cloudy days were brightened to reflect natural Queensland sunlight, while AI tools helped align angles and straighten perspectives for a more professional presentation.
We also created around 30 lifestyle and editorial-style images for the blog, designed to show the products in real-world settings, horse owners, country properties, and stables in use. These were generated and refined with Sora and Seelab.ai, keeping the brand’s tough, no-nonsense style consistent while adding warmth and approachability to the content.
The result is a gallery of visuals that feel cohesive and believable, boosting user engagement and trust. Every image was optimised for speed and search visibility, ensuring fast load times without sacrificing quality.

Built to Scale
This project includes room for advanced features such as inventory management, eCommerce functionality, and a modular stable builder. Each product is positioned for search engine optimisation (SEO) through tailored content and metadata, targeting long-tail queries like “custom steel stables” and “Australian-made fire pits.”
With automated quote forms, subscribe options, and blog integration, the site is engineered to generate leads and educate visitors. Additional bonuses include:
- Email campaign with subscriber tools
- Graphic assets for social media
All elements are managed through a user-friendly WordPress backend, supported by a year of hosting, training, and content updates.
Search Visibility & Social Media Amplification Update July 2025
By mid-2025, Guerrilla Steel returned for a dedicated SEO and visibility push. With no online store, our strategy focused on AI search inclusion, content amplification, and local authority building. Within 28 days, the site achieved first-page rankings for high-competition keywords like custom horse stables Queensland and modular steel shelters Australia.
We also secured visibility in Google’s new AI Overviews and Product Rich Results, driving qualified leads directly from organic search. Targeted schema enhancements, long-tail content optimisation, and structured metadata helped the brand surface across multiple result types.
On social media, we mirrored this success through visual amplification, repurposing AI-enhanced imagery and client project photos into short-form reels and educational carousels. These campaigns reached over 40,000 local users and tripled referral traffic from Facebook and Instagram.
Following the September Google Perspectives update, we fine-tuned on-page content to align with conversational search intent and authentic brand voice. The result was a stable growth in impressions and ongoing inclusion in AI-driven search panels, proof that blending AI SEO tactics with traditional content optimisation still delivers real-world results.

Conversion Design & Social Campaigns Update November 2025
Following the website’s success, Guerrilla Steel expanded their digital strategy with a conversion-focused redesign and interactive content.

We introduced an on-site “Stable Finder Quiz” that personalises recommendations based on climate and user needs, improving engagement and lead quality. Alongside this, a targeted social ad campaign and refreshed homepage layout helped reinforce brand trust and drive more quote requests directly from mobile.
