Daylesford BNB, growing solo operator Airbnb management company with an outsourced on the ground team in one of Victoria’s most competitive short-stay accommodation markets. They needed a platform that could attract property owners, generate management enquiries, streamline operations, and increase direct bookings.
What began as a basic website project in 2020 grew into a fully integrated accommodation management platform, bringing together direct bookings, channel management, automation, SEO, and custom revenue calculators that helped increase management enquiries by 25%.
